Description:

3- month package designed for people who want to tackle obstacles and gain the support, guidance and tools to achieve mental and physical success and balance. This package includes 12 x 60 minute sessions with unlimited email and text access and 1 -15 minute phone sessions per week from 9 am to 5 pm daily for 3 months.

I have found that when I treat life, health or business issues with a combination of Holistic, Positive Psychology and Coaching, the positive life changes and healing that occur are often profound and significant. Often the spiritual or personal journey of the client comes to the forefront as the physical complaint recedes. It can be very rewarding work for both the client (as they get better) and myself (as they get better 🙂 and I am often humbled by the amazing moments of clarity and healing that occur. It seems the deep coaching sessions not only bring the client to their best self but also it cure mental and physical ailments and also opens client up for larger and greater possibilities; and the coaching seems to cement realizations and convert new concepts and ideas to concrete habits and life changes.
